Why Isn't Disney Promoting Strange World A Lot?
Walt Disney Animation Studios' next movie is STRANGE WORLD, following a family of explorers on a dangerous mission. While Strange World is releasing around Thanksgiving, there's a big problem: people don't know it exists. Disney's promotion for Strange World is awful. What's going on?
The previous movies from Walt Disney Animation Studios - Ralph Breaks the Internet, Frozen II, Raya and the Last Dragon, Encanto - have all been solid, but haven't managed to stand out from competitors. Strange World is a unique sci-fi story unlike anything they've given us in the past twenty years. Their previous attempts at an "explorer" kind of movie was Atlantis: The Lost Empire and Treasure Planet, which didn't have the best results. Will Strange World be a flop?
