Michael Dorgan Interviews Sadie Stanley Talks About Her Role in ‘Somewhere in Queens’

The entire movie cast of a new family comedy-drama which is set in Queens and marks Ray Romano’s directorial debut appeared at a special screening of the film in Manhattan on Monday, April 18.

The new flick, called ‘Somewhere in Queens,’ tells the story about an Italian American family living in the borough who are torn apart when their son ‘Sticks’ (Jacob Ward) finds success on his high school basketball team and is on the path to a college sports scholarship. However, Sticks loses interest in the sport when his girlfriend breaks up with him and so Romano — who plays Sticks’ father Leo — goes to unexpected lengths to keep his son focused on the game and his future.

The special screening took place At the Metrograph Theater, located at 7 Ludlow St., which is situated in the Lower East Side of Manhattan.
