It’s already been two years since Miles Morales ventured Across The Spider-Verse. Now, we have good news and well, not exactly bad news, but news you’ll want to make peace with. The good news? We now have an official release date for the third and final entry in the trilogy, the much-anticipated Beyond The Spider-Verse. The less-good news? It’s not out until summer 2027, so we’re only halfway there.
As confirmed at CinemaCon, Spider-Man: Beyond The Spider-Verse is due to hit the big screen on 4 June 2027. Once upon a time, the plan was for Across and Beyond to be released literally months apart; instead, it seems the filmmakers are taking their time to get it right, and to once again up their game.

Though it’s wild to think we’ll see Avengers: Doomsday, the freshly-titled Spider-Man: Brand New Day, and Avengers: Secret Wars before the Spider-Verse trilogy eventually concludes. Can you wait that long?
